Many couples that desire to have children find it difficult to achieve that goal. The causes of infertility are many. One of those reasons is the inability of some women to produce eggs or to produce healthy eggs. This can be due to many factors or medical problems, ranging from advanced maternal age to cancer. Egg donation techniques have allowed couples the ability to achieve their goal of building a family.
